Ms. Swati Singh has over two decades of experience and heads the Human Resources and Administration functions at
Bandhan AMC. She is also a life and leadership coach.
Prior to joining Bandhan AMC, Ms. Singh headed the HR and Retail Operations functions at Bombay Dyeing, where she
served for four and a half years. Earlier in her career, she also worked at Reliance MediaWorks, Future Retail (Big
Bazaar), and ICICI Bank.
Her passion for learning new things and the ability to wear different hats with ease has led her to experience diverse
sectors and roles such as sales, operations, customer service, and HR - giving her a well-rounded perspective and
experience in leading and nurturing teams.
Ms. Singh completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM-Lucknow and holds a Master of Management
Studies from BITS Pilani.
